We appreciated good quality and traditional breakfasts and absolutely breathtaking views!
We had good-sized and newly decorated rooms with a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a fridge. Also, location was magnificent and lovely, around 10-15 minutes walk from an archaeological museum. There was a beach restaurant nearby. No complains at all, the venue met needs, would recomand it.

Wonderful incredible location, right next to beach. Also - just next door to Cancun and all important information, the grocery store inside or one of the restaurants, and the aquarium, ferry and local supermarket.

Loved having good quality and traditional breakfast.
Had a relaxing stay on vacation, everything was excellent. Its location was particularly good, on the beautiful beach, and in a beautiful area. And it was at a medium distance from Spices Restaurant, ate there couple of times.

The hotel is conveniently located near outside supermarkets, making it easy to purchase groceries for your stay. Additionally, the hotel's location right next to the very nice beach allows for quick and easy access to the beautiful shoreline. The ping pong area provides a fun and entertaining activity for guests, and the nearby bus stop offers convenient transportation options for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-maintained bathrooms. The service provided by the friendly staff is exceptional, and the breakfast offers a delicious start to the day. The hotel also has a variety of facilities, such as a nice pool and beach front, that enhance the overall experience.
Some guests have experienced issues with customer service, including a lack of follow-up and a disregard for safety concerns.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Royal Islander - An All Suites Resort in Cancun. The resort deserves its 4-star rating. The buffet breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The staff was warm, friendly, and made us feel welcome. Our suite was equipped with a TV with cable channels, a coffee maker, and an ironing set, which made our stay even more comfortable. Additionally, the proximity of Oasis Arena, just a short 15-minute walk away, was a great bonus.

location - located directly on the beach; comfort - hotel services are very good, including beach and swimming pool facilities;
Internet - wi-fi network available at the hotel works at the spead of 10-20 kb/s at maximum (at least in two rooms where we lived). Therefore it is hardly possible to read and write e-mails. Completely impossible to download or upload any files, evne as small as 100 kb in size. Invoices - Royal Islander does not provide stamped invoices at the check out (actually, they provide no invoices at the check-out date, you are supposed to receive an e-mailed invoice afterwards). Therefore it is not the best option for people who has a business trip (when official invoice/receipt is needed from the hotel).
